The current method of "execution" in the Earth Alliance. A Psi Cop will forcibly remove the criminal's memories and personality, after which the "new person" will serve the community which he once harmed. It is also possible to perform this process technologically if no telepath of sufficient strength and skill is available, though the law requires a telepath to perform before and after scans to determine that the personality who committed the crimes is truly destroyed.
