Dust, a drug that allows normals to experience extreme telepathic episodes, is being marketed on the station. Bester arrives to try and stop it.
[edit] Synopsis
Bester arrives on Babylon 5, trying to track down a source of the deadly, telepathy-inducing drug known as dust. However, there are those among the command crew who would prefer to kill him. Some fear Bester's ability to learn their secrets, and others want revenge for what was done to Talia Winters. Once aboard, Bester is driven to suffer the presence of Minbari telepaths, or to take sleepers before anyone in the command staff will deal with him. Whining about trust, or the lack thereof, he ultimately chooses the sleepers, and the story moves on.
Bester's presumption is essentially correct - a major dust supplier is peddling his wares aboard the station. Unfortunately for Londo, the supplier has found an eager buyer in G'Kar, who uses his brief burst of dust-induced telepathy to pry into Londo himself, and the secrets surrounding the Centauri's secret allies in the war against Narn. But, at the end of G'Kar's revenge lies a surprising epiphany. (Attrib: B5 LogBook [1])
