The event which put the Dilgar race to an end. After being defeated by the combined might of the Earth Alliance and League of Non-Aligned Worlds in 2232, the Dilgar people were forced back into their home system, which was abruptly destroyed when their sun went nova in 2235.

In this single swift move, the entire Dilgar race (with the notable exception of Deathwalker) was gone forever.
