Derek Cranston was an Eyes, a special investigator attached to Earth Special Intelligence, who arrived on Babylon 5 trailing Dr. Everett Jacobs, former personal physician to President Morgan Clark. Cranston's orders accuse Jacobs of high treason, and essentially call for Jacobs to be returned alive or dead.
