Captain Daniels (Marshall Teague) was the commanding officer of the EAS Medusa. He oversaw the strip-mining operation of Regula 4 during 2267 and welcomed the help of ISA Excalibur's Captain Matthew Gideon in dealing with a crisis during the aforementioned operation. (The Long Road)
