Blip

A blip is a slang term for an unregistered telepath who has disappeared from official view, or is on the run. The Psi Corps use the word in the sense of a temporary or insignificant phenomenon; a brief departure from the normal (ie. following orders). A rogue is different from a blip in that a rogue actively works against the Corps, while a blip just tries to stay hidden.
